• Refurbishment: Repair or glass-lining re-coating services will be subject to custom project schedules and specifications outlined in the quotation.
• Site Access & Safety: For on-site technical services, the client must ensure safe working conditions and provide necessary clearances for our certified engineers.

3. Quotations & Payment Policies

All formal quotes issued by JAVI PROPERTY LIMITED are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise. Payment terms, including advances, milestone payments, and post-service completions, will be detailed in the specific proforma invoices or work orders.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, custom brochures, and technical documentation available on this site, is the exclusive property of JAVI PROPERTY LIMITED and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
